These electronic cigarettes are absolutely amazing, I just purchased a vapor king, its great. I was just checking out an electronic cigarette review website when I came across it and I am truly amazed. Also known as the ecig, but more commonly known as as the electronic cigarette.

It was an excellent thanksgiving, I had a great time, I am still taking acai(Yeh, I saved room after eating all that turkey). LOL with all the food I ate during the holidays I am still at 148 lbs! Which I think is pretty good considering I started at 150. Anyways, still feel great and still making my way through life and still taking acai everyday. Regardless, if it doesn't make you lost insane amounts of weight, it still makes me feel good and I am going to continue taking this wonderful supplement. I'll write back soon!

Mixed the freeze dried Acai with my Cream Cheese. Yummy

This morning I decided that instead of taking the capsules, I was going to bust them open and mix them the freeze dried acai powder with my cream cheese. This stuff is really purple! Anyways, I mixed it and I thought that it tasted pretty good. It had an interesting taste and was just pretty cool. Maybe I am onto something here, If I could take the powder and mix it with some more berry tasting stuff and mix it with the cream cheese.....it could be one hell of a product. Watch out Sambazon! Here I come...LOL

Anyways, its freezing here in upstate NY, but I am healthy, I got energy, and Im down to 148 lbs from my 150.....(Not that I really need to lose weight, but it is working!)

Energy Levels Sky Rocket Lost Another Pound!

It is now Tuesday morning, I don't know why the time is messed up in my blog, but I have got to say that this Acai stuff rocks because I have lost another pound,(147 lbs) I feel lighter, I can jump higher, and run faster (Ok maybe I am exaggerating a little) But today I really feel like trying to tackle some projects and succeed in my goals. Nothing can stop me, not even my old groggy self. Thanks Acai!

Almost forgot. I never even told you what type of Acai I have.

The acai supplement that I am using for this experiment is called "Perfect Acai". I found a couple websites where you can find it. Check out www.buypureacai.com and www.get-pure-acai.com which is another good one that sells the same stuff but has a whole array of information about free radicals, orac levels of the acai, and other great health information relating to the acai berry. I read all of it and it is what sparked me to buy the acai.

Monday Night - Lost 2 lbs

Hey it's Monday night, I got real busy the past couple of days but I stepped on the scale and I have lost 2 lbs. I have been eating regularly and just doing a lot, maybe that has something to do with it or maybe it is the Acai. I am down to 148 lbs we will see if anything more happens in the next week or so. If anyone out there is worried about the acai berry. Stop now, I have been taking a substantial amount of this stuff and the product I am taking is definitely good to go because I have only experienced positive effect so far.

I woke up this morning and took 4 capsules of the acai supplement. I have felt great all day and loaded with energy. I weighed in at 150lbs. I'll keep ya posted.

I slept a little late because I worked all night, but when I woke up I jumped right out of bed and was right back at it. I had a raisin bagel this morning and took 4 acai capsules. I think overall it has already given me more energy. I weighed myself this morning and I was 150 lbs. I am going to keep taking this Acai supplement every day and we will chart to see if I lose weight and how good I feel all around.

The Acai I took earlier got me motivated I feel generally good, I am not bogged down or tired at all. I feel like I could go back to the gym. I got a feeling that this Acai supplement really works. I will let you know more later on.

It is 2:16 am, I have alot of work to do tonight, I am going to take 4 more acai capsules and see if I can get to the bottom of this energy boost that everyone has been saying they get from consuming an acai supplement. I will post back in an hour to chart how I feel.

Hey, I took 2 capsules of the perfect acai supplement a few hours ago, I wasn't expecting too much but I actually got a little energy boost and decided to do some exercising. I have always taken antioxidants but there is something to these purple berry capsules. I'll let ya know if I start losing weight. Later
